  TABLE-TOP SECURITY SCENARIOS 

  • Team building exercises that will challenge your team to resolve various security breaches and threats while working together.

  • PERIMETER AWARENESS

    Explains the importance of proactive security and draws a clear picture of the vulnerabilities individuals and organizations experience. Students are presented with tools to increase their levels of situational awareness and be able to recognize security threats that an untrained eye may not notice. Recommended policies and procedures are also outlined.

  • COMPANY CULTURE

    This module demonstrates the necessity of a fully-engaged security culture and the importance of maintaining that culture through both management and employee participation. This section will teach students to determine the weak areas of the culture both individually and globally, and the necessary methods to strengthen it.

  • CASE STUDY

    This section explores past security incidents and provides the students with the means to detect, prevent and respond to a threat.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTION AND AWARENESS

    Personal Protection and Awareness are the keys to survival in any hostile environment. This will give the students the tools to prevent, detect or respond to a given threat both on the road and in their personal lives. Also taught are criminal methodologies and how a potential attacker may identify and select you as a victim, and how to prevent that potential attack.

  • PREVENTATIVE SECURITY MEASURES

    This is a focused view of specific policies and procedures that must be in place to prevent a security breach. This section covers airport security, passenger assessment, onboard incident management, pilot/passenger relations and hand-off, luggage concerns for known and unknown passengers, hotel security, personal security, enhanced communications and aircraft burglary. This module will also address the concerns specific to your team’s most common and/or high-risk destinations.

  • ANTI-KIDNAP TACTICAL PEN AND DEFENSE TRAINING

    Personnel will be exposed and trained to respond to threats they may encounter on the road or in their personal lives that require a life-or-death decision to defend themselves.

  • HOSTILE HOTEL TAKEOVER SURVIVAL TRAINING

    A safe, live-fire exercise using studio weapons that provides the realism of an actual hotel takedown in a controlled environment. This interactive portion of the training will give the students hands-on experience as they participate in the scenarios and gain or refine the skills and confidence necessary to survive. (limited to space available, as well as local laws and restrictions)

  • COCKPIT BREACH SURVIVAL TRAINING

  • Interactive, hands-on and reality-based training. It will introduce the students to a variety of possible attacks that may occur both on and off the aircraft. The class is designed to accelerate the student to a proficient standard of performance in a short period of time, providing them with the tools to defend themselves in an attack. The training is structured to increase their competence and confidence levels in a high-stress situation. This is designed for all members of the flight department and does not require any previous training.

  • VEHICLE OCCUPANT RESPONSE TRAINING (VORT)

    This modules teaches the students how to detect, prevent and respond to a threat in a rideshare, taxi or other vehicle transport setting.

  • ACTIVE SHOOTER SURVIVAL TRAINING

    This module consists of a safe live-fire exercise using studio weapons, and is designed to give students a realistic experience of being in an active shooter/assailant situation. Coupled with practical teaching, it provides students with the tools and mindset necessary to increase their odds of survival. (limited to space available, as well as local laws and restrictions)
